Anthropic's API handles what you send to Claude
Because the system runs on top of your own Claude Code, what you send to Claude goes through Anthropic's API under the same terms as Claude itself. Optional Codex and Gemini calls use your own OpenAI and Google accounts.
It keeps running without us
Your installed system keeps working whether or not you subscribe to monthly updates. Releases only ever replace the engine and never touch your notes or client files.
Plain rule: If your firm's compliance rules prohibit data from reaching any outside AI API, Marinext AI Brain is not the right fit.

Do I need to be technical?
No. Mariela installs the entire system on your computer with you, sets up your client dossiers, migrates your notes and past proposals, builds your custom skills, and records a walkthrough of your daily commands. You also get support through the first weeks after the install.
What computer do I need?
A computer capable of running Claude Code. On our discovery call we confirm your setup before scheduling the install.
What do I pay Anthropic?
You need your own Claude subscription that includes Claude Code, paid directly to Anthropic and not to us. If you choose to use the optional OpenAI Codex or Google Gemini routing, those also use your own accounts.
Is my client data private?
Your files stay on your computer. Marinext AI Brain is not a hosted SaaS and we do not store your client documents. What you send to Claude goes through Anthropic's API under the same terms as Claude itself. If your client rules prohibit sending data to any outside AI API, this system is not for your firm.
What if I stop the updates?
Your install keeps working on your computer; it just stops receiving new engine releases. Releases only ever replace the engine and never touch your notes or client files.
Do I own it?
Your notes, client dossiers, migrated documents and custom skills sit as local files on your computer, and your installed system keeps running whether or not you subscribe to monthly updates. You are never locked into a hosted platform to read or use your work.
How long does the install take?
We agree the install schedule together on the discovery call once we review your practice, active client dossiers and existing notes and proposals.
Does it work for teams?
It is built for solo consultants and boutique professional-services practices of up to about 10 people running several clients at once. Optional updates are €150 a month per company as a flat fee, not per person.
